Fresh Delicious Olive OilAug 29, 2008
Bariani olive oil is considered one of the best things to come out of California and that's saying a lot. I've tried many, but this one has a fresh almost grassy perfume and taste that make Bariani extraordinary. If you've never really tasted the olive in the olive oil, you are in for a wonderful new experience. With bread, tomatoes, fresh cheese, pasta or on its own, this oil will will bring a smile to your face.

Bariani olive oil is our absolute favorite. We like that they print the harvest date and the bottling date on the label. We've had various bottling dates and it's all be exceptional. Drizzle over tomatoes & mozzarella, grilled bread, grilled veggies or salad greens and really experience its equisite olive flavor. Don't waste a drop by cooking with it or hiding it in a vinegrette. Simply enjoy it as it is. Mmmmmm...
